The grounds were absolutely beautiful and the entire staff and service were incredible from the moment we arrived until the time we left. There's a little something for everyone at VIM.

I didn't like that resort requires keep your phone on whole day as all restorants don't have a written menu. All info and menu on the phone. Even buffets whi h they used to have near the beach rchanged to restaurant with menus on phone. It is inconvenient and and require change swimmer on pants and short back in hotel room

This resort was fantastic all around. Highly recommend the emerald rooms for the beautiful beach views. Food was phenomenal as well as the staff.

The property is well cared for by an efficient and friendly staff. The grounds are beautiful. Very good food for an all inclusive. Loved the coffee shop. Only disappointment was no hair conditioner lotion

Where to begin? From the second we walked into the main lobby we were blown away. The service and attention to detail blows every hotel, resort or otherwise completely out of the water. In an age where places are struggling to find good help, or cutting corners on maintenance, The Valentin had AMAZINGLY clean and cared for facilities and the service from every employee from the coffee shop to the pool staff was impeccable. I have absolutely no complaints at all. The food was very good. The drinks were good. The pool was cold but refreshing in the heat of the day.. The night time entertainment was really good with the exception of the Micheal Jackson Tribute show- that was a train wreck. Truely awful. But the band afterwards in the main plaza made up for it. We had an excellent stay. We absolutely will be back!

The service and presentation was top notch. The food looked great but was mostly average for taste.The drinks were sub-par with the mixed drinks tasting chemically.

-a very nice resort/ground **** room average ***  -breakfast/lunch buffet **** - dinner/restaurants ****(except mx restaurant and service) - if you are a beach person you are out of luck   all reserved(?), walk to the very end with no service/restroom * - pool entertainment add choice of music (rap, country) who are you trying  to   please? t neighbors from the north.   play Mexican, latino...... ** - evening entertainment **** - drinks tap shelf ****  If you are a smoker you are out of luck you can drink all day but smoking is not good for you(?) There are some designated areas for smoking but it is a joke.   Overall nice resort
