Had a lot of people staying there who looked like fiends. The staff washer was not working so couldn't get extra towels, comforters were stained, asked for new ones but of course couldn't get any. Ice machine was broken, gym was closed. Room smelled like urine. They were out of milk twice out of 3 days and if you didn't get to breakfast by 7 so would have missed out completely because they didn't serve enough food. Having an indoor pool was nice tho.

I had bed bugs crawling all over my neck within 5 minutes of laying on the bed, and I wasnā€™t even under the covers. The staff wasnā€™t very shocked or apologetic when I mentioned this to check out promptly. Also, my $100 deposit wasnā€™t automatically refunded upon checkout. I had to call the next day to have them manually take care of it.

Our room was dilapidated, broke and loose tiles in bathroom, broken toilet paper holder, no phone or alarm clock, unable to plug in electronics due to loose electrical sockets. Breakfast was offered till 9am but at 8:30 ran out of coffee and waffle mix. Staff refilled waffle mix and proceeded to make themselves breakfast as guests were waiting. Asked for additional pillows but had to go get them, then was given the pillows and no pillow cases; unprepared. Room was never cleaned yet our towels were taken and never replaced. I know itā€™s a cheaper option but that should not compromise customer service and the ability to be prepared for guest requests.

For a one night stay, the hotel is pretty good! In my opinion maybe a retouch on paint and new covers for the beds would help the place so much. Overall it treated me and my family well.

It was absolute the minimalist breakfast food I have ever seen. The top part of our tv didnā€™t even work. The comforters were stained. Patches all over the walls. Housekeeping only came one of the two days. Front desk staff wasnā€™t very friendly and welcoming. My husband brought his own pillow and housekeeping took it to wash it and we never got it back.

I would give this property 0 stars if possible. Don't expect food at breakfast, unless you want cereal with no bowls or milk, coffee with no cups, or waffles with no batter and plates. I was told 3 different times by staff leading all the way up to check in there would be a pull out sofa in our room as our reservation stated and there was not. At check in the girl told me we had the only room with one available, so lied to my fave or doesn't know her own property.. They also do not service your rooms if you're staying longer than 1 night. 4 people and we were given 2 towels, and 2 cups. There is no microwave like their website says. The hot tub doesnt work and they dont have towels for swimming. The rooms are incredibly dirty and falling apart with holes in walls, vents falling off, flooring coming up and lamp shades, ac units destroyed.. Bedding and towels stained, cigarette burns. Ironing board, but no iron. You will also have to get your room card rekeyed multiple times over your stay. Shady people hanging around and less than helpful or caring staff. We paid for a bed to sleep in but it didnt even meet our reservation we paid for. This place should be shut down. I could literally write a short story on this place, but you get the jist. Dont do it!

Where to begin? The room was not the cleanest and extremely outdated. To get ice I was told to walk across a dim lit parking lot in the middle of the night to a shared parking lot of a Super 8. The bathroom was filthy I wouldnā€™t wash my dog in that shower. No washcloths and 2 tiny towels. The next morning the so called breakfast was far from that. The coffee was horrible. The only thing to eat were 2 tiny muffins and a small amount of waffle mix just enough for 2. No forks or plates only bowls and spoons and we asked for both were told we donā€™t have either. This place needs to be closed for major renovations as there are no elevators either. In this case be ware as you truly barely only get what you pay for which is not much!!!
