I definitely had higher expectations. When I initially booked the room there was no option. The only option that was given was the deluxe room, so I booked it. On arrival I was told that it was a standard deluxe room and there was no jakuzi which was also fine. The standard room was supposed to have a ‘balcony’. There was a window and that was it. There was a leakage in the bathroom and that urine smell was foul. The lady who served the breakfast and etc was lovely and other then that I have nothing to say about the hotel.

Stylish with great hosts
The hotel is very nicely decorated and the hosts are great. Location is just far enough to be calm and quiet but close enough where you find yourself in the center of the action with a 3 minute walk. Parking is very hard to find, so be ready to struggle with that.

Bu otele gelecekseniz alkol almayın çünkü işletme sahibinin annesi kızıyor, kızdığı gibi bir de rezil ediyor, tüm keyfinizi kaçırıyor. Tatiliniz rezil oluyor. Odalarda temizlik de özellikle pandemi dönemi için yetersizdi, sıfır tuvalet kağıdı bile takmamışlardı. Havluları o kadar eskiydiki grileşmişti renkleri. Kahvaltısıda çok vasattı.

Kaldığımız oda dar alandı. Daha büyüğü zaten vaat edilmemişti ama sonuç olarak küçüktü bayagı. Ama konfor ilgi hizmet kesinlikle memnum ediciydi. İlgililelerdi mutlu olmamız için çabalayan işinden de memnun olduğunu belli eden çalışanlara sahipti. İlk gün erken gitmemize ragmen bekletmeyip kahve ikram edip odamızı hemen hazırladılar. Kesinlikle öneririm.

öncelikle çok teşekkür ederiz bazı olumsuz yorumları okuyarak ön yargısız gelmiştik. iyi kide öyle yapmışız çok şaşırtıcı bu kadar tatlı içten işletmeciler için çok üzücü... tatiliniz için herşeyi düşünorlar tüm rezervasyonlarımızı pırıl hanım yaptı yer olmamasına ramen hiç zorlanmadan ..sürekli ikram ne yapıcaklarını şaşırıyorlar . odalar temizdi hatta mis gibi kokuyordu personel biraz güler yüzlü olmalı sadece. sahipleri çok uğraşıyor bunun için . kahvaltısı çok güzel bar kısmı keyifli ve her yere çok yakındı biz tekrar gelicez

Yorumları okumadan gittiğim için büyük pişmanlık yaşadım. Konum güzel ama otopark sorunu yaşanan bir bölge. Telefonla aradığımızda otelin nesi olduğunu bilmediğimiz bir hanımefendi otopark olduğunu söyledi fakat arabayı parketmekte her akşam sorun yaşadık. Anahtarı onlara bıraktık, bir sabah trafikten gelen bir telefonla uyandık ( aracımız uygunsuz bir yerde olduğu için). Yani hiçbir yardımları dokunmadı. Odanın ve banyonun temizliğine 10 üzerinden 0 veriyorum. O kadar rahatsız oldukki odaya sadece uyumak için girdik mecburiyetten. Ayrıca son gün ödeme yapıcağımızda otel işletmecisi olduğunu düşündüğümüz salatalık doğrayarak kahvaltı hazırlayan hanımefendi çarpma bölme bilmediği için baya bir zorluk yaşadık. Hiç profesyonel bir işletme değil. Değiştirmeleri gereken çok şey var. Mecbur kalmasam asla kalmaya devam etmezdim.

Jakuzili odada kaldık. Odanın atmosferi ve otelin lokasyonu çok güzeldi. Otel sahibi ve personelleri son derece güler yüzlü ve ilgiliydi. Hem Alaçatı'nın dinamikliğine bu kadar yakın olup hem de sakin kalmak istediğiniz saatler için otelinizde her şeyi düşünülmüş bir konaklama deneyimi yaşadık. Hayalkırıklığı!
Konaklamamız hiç umduğumuz gibi çıkmadı. Otelin puanı ve yorumlara bakarak bu oteli seçtim fakat ilk defa yanıldım. Öncelikle otel işletmeciliği çok zayıf. Odalar biz uyardıktan sonra temizleniyordu fakat temizlik çok yetersizdi. Temizlik sonrası ne tuvalet kağıdı ne banyo havlusu vardı. Biz talep edince getiriyorlardı. Bir defasında 2 adet banyo havlusu rica ettim, 10 adet yüz havlusu getirdiler. Otelde bir sürü kedi besledikleri için kahvaltı sırasında kediler masaya çıkıp peynir tabağına saldırıyordu, cidden çok iğrendim! En fenası da bir akşam odaya döndüğümüzde kapı kilidinin bozulduğunu gördük ve 1 saat bahçede çilingir bekledik. Senelerdir Çeşme'ye geliyorum ve bir sürü farklı otelde konakladım fakat bu şekilde iğrenerek kaldığım tek oteldi. Otel sahipleri çok tatlı insanlar fakat işletme tarafları çok çok zayıf. Bu kadar yüksek puan alıp, oldukça iyi yorumların yazılması çok şüpheli bir durum. Umarım benzer deneyimi bir kez daha yaşamam...

Otelin konumu çok iyi. Odalar rahat ve yeterince geniş. Temizlik vasat. Kahvaltı çok yetersiz. Genel değerlendirmelerim bu şekilde. Personel genel olarak, güleryüzlü, fedakar ve yardımsever idi. Fakat otel yönetiminden kaynaklı olduğunu düşündüğüm sıkıntılar vardı. Kahvaltı tam bir facia idi. Peynirler jiletle doğranmış, kaç kişi gelirsen gel, söğüş vs aynı miktarda geliyordu. Kahvaltıda yumurta da önemli bir eksiklikti. Otel sahibi daha güleryüzlü ve ilgili olmalıydı. Dışarıdan bakılınca tek derdinin maliyetler olduğu izlenimi bırakıyor. Müşterilerle daha iyi ilişkiler kurmalı ve eksiklikler konusunda geri dönüş almalı bence. Bu kadar çok alternatifin olduğu bir bölgede diğer alternatifler değerlendirilmeli diye düşünüyorum. Butik otel olduğu zaman ilk beklediklerim: Güleryüz eve iyi bir kahvaltı olur şahsımın. Daha önce konakladığım Alaçatı otelleri ile kıyaslayınca, güleryüz ve kahvaltı konusunda kesinlikle sınıfta kalıyor. Personel eksikliğinden kaynaklı olduğunu düşündüğüm şekilde temizlik de yetersizdi.

Otelimize sadece yatmadan yatmaya gelmiş ve kahvaltıyı kullanmış olsakta, hızlı bir çeşme tatili için makuldur. Lokasyon çok iyi. Klima iyi çalışıyor. Otel terliği de bir artı. Malesef kahvaltılar tam bir hayal kırıklığı. Jiletle kesilmiş beyaz peynirler, kişi başına ikişer dilim söğüş ve 5'er cm kesilmiş simitler ve bunların daha fazlası istendiğinde surat asan bir otel sahibi. Kahvaltıdaki yumurta çeşitlerinin kahvaltıya dahil olmaması ve bunun belirtilmemiş olması da hiç profesyonel değildi. Odalarda sadece tuvalette küçücük bir çöp kovası bulunuyor. Çarşaflar ütüsüz. Ancak her halinden mutsuz çalıştığı belli olan personelin hizmeti çok iyiydi. Bu olumsuzluklarla ellerinden geldiği şekilde bizi memnun etmeye çalıştılar. Çok güzel bir yerde olan otelinizin daha iyiye bir yere getirmek sizin elinizde. Birazcık gözünüzü açıp müşterilerinizle sohbet etmenizi ve onları dinlemenizi, biraz güler yüz göstermenizi öneririm.
