The hotel was pure luxury, the staff were unfailingly polite and professional. The views are spectacular, just like the website shows. The only issue we had was that the room temperature was very hot, despite the staff saying they would turn it off. We slept with the window open in an attempt to keep it cool; this was in January. The subteranean pool was great: it felt like an ancient roman bath house. We definitely recommend going there.
