Featuring a massive wooden pagoda, the Tianning Temple is 13 storeys high and is the tallest pagoda in the world - as well as the highest wooden structure in the world. The rooftops are decorated with gold, brass, jade and bronze. All of these combine to make it a must see attraction in Changzhou. Stop in at the Song Dynasty Pillars and explore the remains of an ancient temple that dates back to AD979.
