This was a beautifully decorated hotel with many choices for casually sitting and enjoying a drink after traveling or visiting the harbor area. The outdoor garden was very inviting and the complimentary happy hour relaxing. The bar area was a plus with many top shelf items. The staff was friendly & knowledgeable. Our suite was clean & had a harbor view as well as a view of the garden patio area below our window.

Having to pay for parking is a bit ridiculous based on what you pay for staying at this hotel. Parking garage is not suggested for large vehicles as the entrance and exit is very narrow.

Stayed for my anniversary. The customer service and properry was great. Our room had a balcony with a view of the water which was awesome. My husband really enjoyed breakfast. Highly recommended.

The location was great!! You could get to so many things very easily and it had plenty of parking! Breakfast was fantastic. My only issue would be lack of drawers and places to hang towels!

I did switch rooms due to loud noise outside room, obscured view and flea on bed. However, staff was amazing and I enjoyed the room I switched to. I know Embassy is pet friendly, but starting to see a lot more dogs.

Facility was very nice and clean. Under staffed for sure. Some employees doing multiple jobs as others were doing nothing. Room service non existent and the parking garage can be a hassle getting in and out. They should cancel the Happy Hour or get he folks meeting and greeting folks working with the bar tenders lessen their load. Cleaning staff friendly and did a decent job. But not through. Front desk if present may be helpful and may not. Property is full of potential…. If management can pull it together.
