Everything was really nice and clean. Great little breakfast in the morning that staff kept organized and really clean. Room was really nice, but it was on the smaller side. Good for a night or two, but wouldn't want to stay too long. Great for quick stops or business trips.

We appreciated how clean the rooms were as well as how friendly and professional the staff was. We would definitely stay at this location again. The only negative was having to pay for parking, which seemed like an unnecessary expense.

My husband and I stayed due to a long lay over in Charlotte. The hotel was very clean and was located close to the airport. The included breakfast was great and the staff was very friendly. Our only complaint was the shuttle from the air port did not run smoothly. We had to wait about 45 minutes after calling and asking for the shuttle. However the shuttle the next morning had less than a 10 minute wait so it could have been a fluke. Overall we were pleased with the hotel.

Room was very small it was very hard to get around and there was limited space to place our belongings but we managed. The staff was great and helpful. To pay for parking at a hotel at this location was a silly concept for me as this hotel was not located in a downtown region of the city and isn’t considered a resort.

Check in clerk was not very friendly and welcoming. At check in we enquired about restaurant options for dining and she pointed us to QR code to order from in house restaurant. When we ordered food took a long time to arrive, so we called front desk to enquire but clerk was not helpful and stated she could not provide a phone number to check on order. She quickly directed us back to Qr code, as her tone suggested she was not trying to assist.
