Had an amazing stay! Place very clean, nice gym, and roof top bar. Not much privacy if traveling with someone and needing privacy for changing/bathroom. Water pressure in shower could have been better but is enough to take a shower so no biggie. Love being able to walk right out the door to the Cheesecake Factory, Dave and busters, the mall and much more, absolutely best location, lobby smelled nice and fresh, will definitely return.

This property is great for 1 night stay that you plan to be out a lot. And its very nice and clean. Just not ideal for me personally. Rooms were very small, no microwave for heating left overs, and pretty loud as it is next to the road and we are light sleepers. The facilty is great and well maintained. We did let the staff know on day 2 that our toliet wouldnt flush and it was never repaired..luckily we were mostly out. Also we requested daily room service and that was not provided not a huge deal but just my honest feedback.

Nice hotel, but check-in was challenging, was supposed to be able to use my phone as a key, but no one had any idea about that. I received a room key with the wrong room number on it, and had to go back down to the check-in desk to find out which room we were supposed to be in, no apology, just it had been a long day???

I really enjoyed the location and the area of the hotel. However, I had some issues with my room. The bathroom sink was clogged, and despite my two requests for it to be fixed, it wasn't taken care of by the time I checked out. Additionally, I didn't receive any towels or cloths for the second day of my stay.

Very friendly and knowledgeable staff on site I did have a little issue with the deposit incidentals hold because I was told by reservations that there was not a fee unless you had a pet so I was not really prepared for that and they were training a new gentleman so he told me wrong on what kind of card I could use so it ended up costing me more up front than the 50 but he was in learning he was in training so I'm good very friendly very helpful very wonderful property definitely will be back
