Worth it!
Perfect stay after a very long flight, and longer process to get rental car. Exhausted and worn out, it did the trick until we head to our next adventure .

Not worth the money.
The toilet was clogged upon arrival. Instead of getting it fixed with maintenance, they brought my teenage son a toilet plunger to do the work himself. No laundry facilities on site either. It is also extremely expensive to park. $25/night. OVERPRICED for what the accommodations are.

Got off a red eye flight and got to the hotel at about 9:00AM, check in wasn’t until 3:00PM. I asked the woman at the front desk if there was any way I could get in earlier as I’d been awake for about 24 hours. She was so kind and helpful and got me into a room at 11:45AM (way earlier than the check-in time) and didn’t charge me anything for it. Cannot stress enough how appreciated and needed this was.

The hotel is full so I didn’t get any upgrade despite I’m a diamond member for Hilton. Hotel is clean and the room is quite modern and new. The area around the hotel is ok and quite convenient for silver line.

Beautiful inside the hotel - comfortable and restful. It’s near a train and there is city noise. Also they charge you for everything: parking, breakfast, and anything extra.

Location is great for Boston visits. Airport shuttle service was a big factor in choosing and proximity to train station. A bit of outside traffic noise was heard inside room.

Booked a standard room for 4. Was placed in a handicapped room with two towels. The toilet seat was broken. The sink faucet and shower faucets partially worked. Was not happy with all of the above. The check in service was great and the hotel transfer was easy and driver was very friendly. Wished the reception lady would’ve asked if a handicapped room was fine. I would’ve preferred a standard room as I don’t like all of that extra space.

The staff was very helpful. The girl with the pink hair was awesome, very friendly and took care of anything we needed. The maids did a great job cleaning as well. The area was perfect. Bus stop and a long distance train line right next door. There were a few food options (Burger King, Chelsea Station Restaurant, Five Guys, Dunkin Donuts, El Potro, etc) along with a grocery store and some shopping next door as well. Our room (341) had some minor things wrong but nothing too big. The exhaust fan in the bathroom did not work, or at least the switch wouldn't turn it on. One of the side bed reading lights was broken. The refrigerator kept freezing our water. The hotel elevators are a little slow also. This was nothing that ruined our stay though. Overall, the room was great though. AC worked great. TV had lots of channels. Bed was comfortable. Water pressure and temperature was great. In room safe. The breakfast was awesome everyday.

Shuttle was bad. Took forever & still had to pay for taxi back to airport need more hrs offered. Hotel was in a neighborhood &no food near except expensive delivery. Front desk ladies ok men very unhelpful. I will not stay there again. Doubletree/Hilton name more was expected
