업체더블예약으로 쫓겨났어요
가족 세명으로 일부러 침대 2개방해서 (더블+싱글)예약했고 입실했는데 30분쯤 지나 그방이 이미 예약 되어있다고 방을 비우라네요 아이는 잠들어있고 신랑은 자리비우고 없는데 다른방 준다고 .. 침대 하나라 이불은 돈안받고 주겠다고 가격도 더 싼방으로 옮기는데 선심쓰듯이 이불돈안받겠다라니.. 방 가격이 다른데 그럼 어떻하냐니 그때서야 얼마에 예약했냐고.. 차액주겠다 ... 하하하하 바닥은 냉골인데 ㅡㅡ 신랑이랑 얘기하고 연락준다했더니 5분만에 전화와서 손님기다린다고 ㅡㅡ 어이가..... 거기서 더블예약 받고는 나가라니 참 기분나빠서 환불해달라니 예약한곳서 직접하라네... 당일 취소에 수수료 내가 내야할 이유없으니 업체에 취소하라 했네요 나가서 바로 근처 더 싸게 방 구해 잤어요 더블예약은 업체잘못입니다 그정도는 알고있나요?

앱에서나 현장결제나 같은 금액이라고 고지되어 있었는데 현장에서 10%를 더 받음, 왜 그러냐 문의하니 수수료가 있다고 불분명한 답을 함. 호텔스닷컴의 관리가 잘못된 것인지 금액으로 이런 경우는 70박 이상 사용한 사람으로 처음 겪음.
