The staff charged my card for a reservation that was not to be paid until I arrived at the hotel. The hotel itself was disgusting, falling apart and one in our group was assigned a room that already had someone staying there. This place is a total DUMP! Apparently Radisson has drastically lowered their standards.

Hotel was terrible.. Fire alarms hanging from the wires. TV would go in and out by itself.. Door would never open on the first try. When i first checked in and went to the room, there was no toilet paper..

Weekend stay was awful, I understand might not being getting the best service due to cheaper price but a motel would have been better, upstairs neighbors were fighting all night as late as 4am screaming and throwing things and there was no one in lobby to complain to. Room was dirty, past occupants items were left , in the room, sink had stray hairs on it, shower head has no pressure and room had a musty smell.

The front desk clerk was amazing. The other hotel staff were really nice too. Upon arrival, I was put in a room where I could not dead bolts, the door and felt unsafe. I was moved to another room and it was missing the desk lamp. There were a few things that were upgraded, but the walls need painting. There was no framed artwork on the walls. It felt very cheap.

Upon arrival I had to call a number to be assisted in order to be checked in. Breakfast was provided daily but with limited options. The noise of the guest was unbearable. There was also a dog on the property that kept barking in the early morning. At one point there was an incessant drilling noise. My staff not comfortable due to the excessive noise. Also, someone spent at least 5 minutes in the way hours of the morning trying to get in our room
