Es mejor que incluyan el estacionamiento en el precio de la habitacion. $70 por noche en estacionamiento y tienen uno al feente publico de $37 el dia. Creo que podrian ganar un poco mas igualando la tarifa y ofrecer en parqueo dentro del hospedaje. De resto todo incrieble.

The hotel was clean and I love the security feature where the front door locks at night and you cannot enter without a room nor can you go up to the floors by elevator without a room key. The valet was always nice and quick to get our vehicle when needed. Our only complaint is whenever you turned on the water in room or flushed the toilet, the pipes would roar in the wall. Other than that one complaint, I would stay here again.

My family ( my husband and me , my mom and 2 liitle kids ( 12 ages and 3 ages ). We booked a suite corner for my family. We arrived there around 4:10pm cause check im time at 4pm . At the first time : The staff at front desk tried to check in for me and told me wait about 10 mins cause room for my family is need time cleaning up and they are not ready room for our yet . Until 5pm after 2 times i tried to rush them and then they said yes. My mom and my 2 little kids really tired . The second : they are super busy but elevator is small and just only 1 for everyone. The staff at there told me. Its happened a months ago. Oh my goddess. I will never come back there . Horrible. Thanks.

I loved that it was very close to all museums. Breakfast was good with variety. I did not like that elevators were out of service. With a lot of tourist traffic. We have to use escalators and we were in the 9th floor carrying a stroller.

My fiancé and I stayed here for New Year’s eve and New Year’s Day. Our Experience was pretty poor from the cleaning to the 1 elevator. Pool was closed for New Years Eve this wasn’t communicated to us. In order to check in both of us had to come in to get a wrist band to get back in the building but no one actually check for them a waste of time . I have pics of cleaning opportunities in my room from shower water causing mold and paint chipping on shower wall, behind the curtain there was a Chinese food top and also a bag of towels that wasn’t ours, Toilet had a dirt spot, thank god we had Lysol and Lysol wipes . If it was up to me I wouldn’t stay here again . In order to get on the elevator you needed a room key and the person would press there floor before you could even hit your floor number RUDE ! The front deck should tell you that your room key is also your elevator key!!!!! It took 40 mins to get back up from the horrible breakfast that was served. Bed linen was thin and wore out.Parking says 65, we were charged 75 for one day and 65 for another Don’t know why ! This wasn’t communicated either. Stay here at your own risk.

Overall my stay was great! However there was only one elevator working during my 2 day stay & the hot water ran out & the water pressure was low. Other than that I guess it was a great stay!

There was only one elevator working. There was a long line every time you had to go up or down which took at least 15 minutes each time. We tried using the stairs but each floor was locked so that was not an option neither.
