Poor service
No bottled water was provided. When we asked the front desk for water, they said it was only supplied to the Hilton honor members. There was only one elevator run during our stay, and it was crowded on every trip.

The room was very nice. Clean, large, convenient kitchenette, nice view, and updated. The Asian restaurant is great and breakfast had a nice selection of hot and cold items with plenty of seating. The bed was comfortable, bathroom convenient, modern, and clean. Staff was very friendly! Close to attractions and easy to get ride share or Taxi to the river walk, shopping, restaurants etc. Walking distance to the football stadium. One thing to note: it is two hotels in one building. As you enter, Homewood Suites is on the left. Hilton Garden Inn is on the right. They share a lobby and check in area, with the check-in desk in the center. It was a little confusing when checking in. I think she may have been new and was looking in Garden Inn instead of Homewood for my reservation. So, it took some time to get checked in. Not a big deal, just be aware and pay attention when checking in and logging into the WiFi.

It is a great option with kitchen, comfortable with the facilities, solves the breakfast by varying the day with some options and you are quite close to everything tourist. Their valet service is expensive, but you are in a city that EVERYTHING costs a lot in parking. Very good to get to know the beautiful city vs price

We absolutely loved our stay and plan to come back. It was super walkable and didn’t feel scared leaving the facility. There were some moments, but they have locking doors that helped. The front staff and valet were top notch, each one was incredibly friendly and helpful. Getting there was kind of a nightmare with getting up to the valet, but once we got settled they even let us get something from our car when needed. The pool and hot tub sold us. They also have free breakfast which was a must for us. (The food was a little fancier than one of my littles likes, but I see the well-roundedness. Pancakes or waffles would have been a hit, but definitely not a deal breaker at all. They only had one elevator working, so it was a lot for as big of a hotel as it was. They did provide options our last day of stay. They wanted all of us to have a great experience it seemed!

Good hotel, not so much with broken down elevator
Hotel was pretty good. I was there for nearly a week and after the second day one of the two elevators broke down for the remainder of the trip. I probably spent a solid 4-6h+ of my trip waiting for the single elevator to take me down or up. It was extremely frustrating.

The pool was small for being shared by 2 properties. The breakfast was busy as well but I only stayed one day so it could have been a busy day. I would stay again. The location was great for the museums.

Worth your stay!
Tbe carpet had a few stains but aside from that the room was lovely! Ample space for our family of 4. Breakfast was delightlful and well stocked. We will definitley stay again!
