Overall not bad. Have stay there few times before. Seeing the facilities a bit worn out but not surprise with number of people living in this building everyday. Would rate a 4.5 out of 5. Location is very convenient.

The hotel could not be more perfectly located. We had a twin room and it was snug, but perfect for 2 persons who only used the room to sleep and shower. There are train stations to go everywhere just around the corner from the entrance. Shinjuku is completely walkable and all amenities are minutes away. The hotel provides drinking water which is awesome. The washing machines work great, it costs about 600 yen a load that lasts about 2 hours. You can also pay with your Suica card. I recommend this hotel highly and would definitely stay here again.

1st time to Tokyo? - stay here!
If you are travelling to Tokyo for the first time and do not know where to stay this is the ideal hotel to use as your anchor point. With easy connections to both airports you are literally across the street from the Skinjuku train station. The hotel is quiet and spotless and there is always someone willing and able to assist you with your questions. If you are packing light they have on-site washing and drying machines available for use.

This was our first time to Japan. The location of this hotel is an easy 3 minute walk from Shinjuku station. There is a family mart across the street and within a short walk you are in the hustle and bustle of it all. There are endless options for food. We had two beds and the room was more than spacious. The beds however were hard but overall the stay was great and would recommend and would stay her again.

The hotel is closely located to Shimbuyu station. The limousine bus stops at the hotel so that one does not have to transfer from the station to the hotel. The room was quiet and offered many amenities. It is only a 5 minute walk to the station.

This was a fantastic spot in Shinjuku, near all the transportation, food, and shopping. It was very convenient and in the center of lots of things. They are lovely and helpful. I had to stay one night because of the typhoon, and the hotel offered 50% off for that night.
