Let there be light.

Kasa South Loop is a decent location. The view fro the 16th floor was amazing. It was not far from the major attractions of downtown Chicago. Most are in walking distance. The only trouble I had with the unit we were occupying was the lighting and electrical sockets. The light switches seems to work randomly, while half of the electrical sockets didn't work at all.

our stay at kasa was seamless! instructions through everything were very clear for virtual check in and any time i had a question the front desk was very friendly and helpful. The building is in great conditions and Constantly clean. The apartment was clean & well put together. The tv was a little small in the living room and there is no Tv in the bedroom if you’re one of those people that sleep with the tv on. Overall, would stay again. The service and seamless instruction were the main reason.

The facilities areexcellent and has a front reception desk constantly manned fir security. The personnek were very polite, efficient, and attentive. Very professional and enhanced the sense of security and service. Emails detailing check in and check out were excellent.
