The staff was very friendly and helpful especially Ernest who helped me with my bags. Rooms were clean and I love the area it’s located in. Lots of food options and shopping on the pier. The only thing is that the hotel walls are thin so I was hearing individuals conversations and a lot of walking above my head. Other than that I have no complaints I would definitely stay here again.

The staff has been incredible—attentive to every need and always eager to help. The rooms are spotless, with individual climate control for added comfort. You can even message the staff with any question, hotel-related or not, and they’ll respond in under a minute. I asked about the best pizza in Chicago, and they didn’t disappoint! Right outside the hotel, you’ll find so much to do—river cruises, speedboat rides, the Ferris wheel, and museums. You can wake up to a stunning sunrise, capture breathtaking sunset shots, and take amazing photos of the Chicago skyline, all without crowds of tourists. I truly felt at home here, and I owe it all to the wonderful staff. Thank you!
