Our stay was very easy, comfortable and simple for us to get to our appointments at the hospital. Staff were helpful. The whole complex was super quiet which was lovely and surprising as it was fully booked the time we stayed. The 2 bed apartment was over 2 levels which I hadn’t realised when booking. Overall a very comfortable stay and super easy parking which is so helpful in that area of Melbourne. Will stay again!

The location was convenient, and parking was secure. Check in and out was easy. The room itself was a little run down but comfortable enough. The shower was leaking so made a huge pool of water out into the bathroom. Luckily enough, only my kids showered so we had some spare towels to clean up with so they could get out of the shower safely. The pool was really cold but would probably be ok on a hot day. We didnt see the gym so cant comment on that. Overall not bad, but not great considering the price.

We enjoyed our stay at the Metropole, Melbourne. The property is not exactly brand new but the room was the size of a small apartment. It was very clean and had everything we needed. The staff were friendly and helpful. Check in/out was very easy and quick. There is also car parking available. We would stay there again.

Property was very dormlike. Clean but in need of touch ups everywhere. One toilet did not flush properly. Curtains were off track and looked dirty. Balcony door did not lock. Staff was lovely as expected. Washing machine in the apartment was a welcome bonus!

Great location which was convenient for public transport and walking to local shops and eateries. Parking included so also easy to drive to different venues. Extremely helpful and friendly staff. Fully equipped to be self contained but daily housekeeping. Unfortunately the washing machine wasn’t working which I’m sure would have been fixed. Enjoyed our relaxing stay in such a spacious apartment. Thank you.

Very clean and comfortable. Just over the road from our daughter in St Vincent’s private hospital. Could use some maintenance. One shower rack was loose and fell off. Fittings holding the bedside table into the gyprock wall were loose.

Resonable price for very good accommodation, very close to the Royal Eye Hospital, 350 metres to the left of the entrance and Aunty Mae's Vietnamese restaurant to the right around the corner in Gertrude St, 150 metres so it was all good for me, will stay again next year too. recommended
