Second or third time staying at this property. Have previously had good experience there so came back. Our comforter was ripped and had the cotton falling out and the door to our bathroom was broken so would not latch or lock. Only one from key work. When I asked the front desk for a new comforter I was told this is not possible. But i could get an extra set of sheets. I asked for an extra set, which never arrived. Overall will likely not stay here again.

hotel was nice and as it should but there were some things that needed some more cleaning that would have made it better, other than that no complaints and the hotel was on a nice high traffic area with lots of options for food and shopping. oakbrook is great!
