Hotel Granvia exceeded our expectations. Very clean, the staff were very polite and welcoming. I would highly recommend to stay at this hotel. Classy, sophisticated, clean. 5 stars.

Great Location for transportation/Great Breakfast
Great location for getting around Kyoto and beyond. Excellent breakfast buffet. Staff was very helpful, but not too many fluent in English. Great location; however, Kyoto Station is always hectic and frenetic — sometimes it gets to you.
