Staff and the front desk seemed disinterested , when asking for recommendations on a river cruise at concierge told us to pretty my Google it, on Monday belldesk did not have a way to ding the bell and no one there for a while

Went to Chicago for 5 days with my husband. Our DIL recommended this hotel. Booked a double queen room with a lake view. We were on the 23rd floor and the room and view were amazing for the price. Iadded breakfast to our stay and to say it was good does not give give enough credit. Would happily stay here again.

Room was not ready until nearly 5pm. Left our bags with the bellhop who misplaced one. We requested housekeeping that never came and we had to request clean towels. The staff is not rude, they just are indifferent to guests.
