The staff was beyond amazing! Very helpful and kind. The facility could use to maintenance as far as the elevators, handicap button that were not working and the shower head was also not flowing as it should.

Friendly staff. I did not like that the on site Starbucks was often closed. I didn't like the toilet in the room - the seat was weak plastic and moved around.

Good but a few complaints
Our stay at the Westin was lovely but a few complaints. $50 charge for early check in -- why? Room was ready. Mattresses need to be changed - very hard. Air conditioning -- unable to adjust easily. Otherwise, everything was good.
