I have stayed at this property since 2009. I used to like the property and location. Nothing other than soft goods has been updated since 2009. The decor was the same since 2009. The bathroom is outdated. No coffee offered in room. The rooms are small and the beds are double sized instead of queen. There are many wonderful properties in Chicago to choose. Next time I’ll be staying elsewhere.I
