It was a different room to usual on other of building with a window looking on to car park with no window opening. Room is lovely and roomy, comfortable bed, but more tea coffee and sugar would be nice only enough for 2 cups of each.

Wont be back, tried to sort it out, no response.
Horrible service, and after multiple calls and emails to the property they still refuse to get in touch with us. Couch was broken, the phone line was inactive and the neighbours partied until 5.40 in the morning - and the after hours support line was not answered by anyone. We also had to call from our own phones because their phone didnt even had a dial tone. They left our room card stuck to the office window in an envelope with my name on it, at 5.30pm.... yet reception hours were until 8pm. Just disgusting service!

The hotel was dreadfully noisy, doors slamming constantly, road noise was awful too - loud speeding cars in the early hours. I also didn't feel very safe around the area at night.

Loved our stay in the hotel the bath was a real highlight! Really clean and it was quieter than I thought being directly next to such a busy junction. Anyway what we found a bit sad was that takeaway in the rooms are kind off not allowed, cause of the smell, that’s what we got from the info in the room, that was a bit sad as it was really rainy and we had our dinner in the car which was not really as we thought it would be and was not really romantic. As I do housekeeping myself in hotels 4* and I never heard of a rule like that and I think they should mention that in description before booking.
