They changed my room because the first room was disgusting!! Just to be put in a room that was worse! Bugs in the covers n the linen wasn’t fresh at all! There was old dog food on the floor behind the door on the floor but I didn’t have a dog smh!

Some cleaning issues. Pool ladders were very loose in the concrete, and the pool deck was crumbly causing a cut on one of the children's toes. Area needs repairs and updates. Keys needed to be re-coded for EVERY room, EVERY day! Trying to get towels for the room or pool was extremely frustrating. The staff was very kind and friendly!

Upon arrival, our room was not cleaned properly. The entire bathroom was dirty, and the comforter on one of the beds was stained. My family and I came there for r&r and to swim. The pool was dirty, they never had enough towels. Customer service was nonexistent. It was truly not a good experience.

The staff was nice. But our room was dirty. Glitter all over the floor like the room was not vacuumed or floors moped. The pull out couch sheet was never changed also had glitter and hair all over it and no blanket, The chair in our room was broken. The couch and chair was dirty with stuff spilt on it and the carpet. Only had one towel for 5 people, husband went to get more but they were either in other rooms or stolen. And there weren’t even any swim towels. We went down for breakfast one morning around 9:15 there was no hot breakfast left or being brought out. A guest asked one of the staff if they were gonna bring out more food she said uh and walked away not even giving her an answer. So two mornings we had to go out for breakfast. And the pool closes at 8 which is ridiculous. I’m not one to complain but I will NEVER stay at this location or maybe never another la Quinta again. I was so disappointed.

Never been at a more dirtier hotel. I was shocked, the area around the hotel looked abandoned and unkempt. There were ant in the room, I was placed on the 6th flow and the whole floor smelled of weed. Don’t be me just avoid this place.

Well, the cockroach in the fridge was a nice highlight. The toilet not flushing was a bonus. Get in, get out and run. That continental breakfast was gross. And I like hotel continental breakfast usually.

Not the best or the worst i have been to. Rooms were not really clean i had 4 rooms one room had dirty socks in it, one room had used deodorant under sink, i had peanuts on floor and found a nose ring. only got another role of toilet paper when we went down and asked for it, No bedding for pull out in room. 1 tv didn't work. Area around place ok many food options. Many shopping areas around hotel.
