The room was nice and clean with sea views. My main complaint would be the fact of having to pay $25 per day for parking on site👎. Ended up parking a short distance away for $95 for a week. The pool was nice but maybe closed to early at 10pm and the spa turned out to only be a hot tub as it wasn't working. Overall wasn't as bad as some i have stayed at.

The room and the view were amazing. Staff could not have been more helpful. Complimentary Bar was a first for us. Location is perfect if you dont have a vehicle as everything is close by. We will return

The only thing good was the renovated room and the pleasant service. Other than that everything was very poor, swimming pool old and outdated, breakfast with no salads of any kind, restaurant not working for lunch or dinner and the lifts (5) of them but hardly ever working more than 2, waiting time about 10-15 minutes, more than you wait for the Trams

Location is great. 30 seconds to Cavil Ave and a short walk to the beach. Pool, spa and tennis court were great. you can borrow body boards for the beach. A lot of patience is needed in the morning / night during busier periods with the lifts. Waiting up to 10 mins was not uncommon. Some occasions they did not come so we had to take the fire stairs (from the 18th floor). The buffet breakfast was loud, busy and expensive. Far betted choices around. Overall the kids and I enjoyed our stay.
