Very nice hotel, walkable to everywhere in downtown Cleveland along the beachfront. Many restaurants, bars, and breweries in the area! The hotel itself was lovely. My only complaint was the big bed pillows.

It was so nice! Check in was super easy being able to check in early via your phone and just having to get the keys when you arrive. They had complimentary waters in the room as well as a lavender sleep well roll On fragrance. The room was clean and the beds were neatly made too!

Hotel is average at best. Staff was friendly. The property was holding together and mildly updated though it felt like theyre just doing the minimum to justify charging upscale prices. Parking is NOT validated which was a very unpleasant surprise ($37/night) Coffee is $4/cup everywhere in the hotel which should be free. No literature in the rooms that tell you how or where to do anything. For what i paid to have a normal stay, i should have stayed at a Mariott.

Westin Hotel canceled my reservation when i attempted to check in due to over booking and then refused to reimburse my money due to third party reservation through Expedia. Expedia explained that they attempted to seek reimbursement from hotel but the Westin was unresponsive and Expedia has a non refundable policy so i paid for a hotel i could not stay at and there is nothing to be done according to the Westin and Expedia. It was horrible experience. Be careful if you book through third parties like Expedia you might not get what you pay for and they will claim no responsibility for it.

I'd never even walk past this hotel again.
They didn't let us stay. They turned my family and I away at the door even though we had a reservation. We booked the reservation and had a confirmation number. When we got there we waited in a 30-minute line. Finally, someone came out and announced to all the travelers that they were overbooked and had no rooms. This was at 7p and I had my small kids with me. We had to walk around to 4 other hotels to find a place to stay
