I had an amazing experience. Very clean and the food was delicious. The stuff and their customer service is 10/10. The only thing I didn’t like from my room was the bathroom ( shower - head shower needs a change) I would definitely choose this property for me next stay in MIA.

The property itself is very attractive, however housekeeping is mediocre at best as was guest services. In addition they don't tell you that they charge a nightly security deposit, and every single thing has a service charge which was on top of the resort charge that you pay per day!

Everything was perfect the only issue was a valet parking even after calling to have the vehicle ready that took more than 40 minutes and I had surgery on my foot so standing out for a while wasn’t fun. Besides everything else is great

Not worth the hype
Not worth the hype or the extra money. A bottle of water cost $11.00. They automatically charge a tip to all service you receive, however not all service is good and not all the servers tell you, I happened to notice myself. I found the majority of staff to be very unfriendly with the exception of the bell boys. I asked for a quiet room and I got put next to the ice machine so I could hear people using that all hours of the night. Good luck finding any front row pool chairs they fill up so quick and the rest of the rows behind are crammed together so that it’s difficult to even use them. The bathroom was so small it felt like a cubical, you couldn’t have the shower door open without shutting the bathroom door.
