When we got there I didn’t realize I booked an unnecessary night and was charged for it. Expedia did not refund my money. Front desk staff did not realize I had to rooms booked and he only checked me in for 1, as I walked away I realized this and was waiting to speak with the man that helped me, then he told me to go to the back of the line, I was trying to to blow up but I was upset and asked to speak with the manager because really? He had just helped me and didn’t complete the whole transaction. The manager helped us out, she was very pleasant. We had 2 rooms but the first rooms they gave us the sheets were dirty, had stains and hair on the sheets? In both rooms really gross, my mom pointed it out in her room, then I went to my room to look and same issue. Also no trash cans in my room, so I called house keeping to ask them to change sheets and trash cans, they said they would be up in 20 min. 2 and 1/2 hours later they did not come, I called up upset, they had agreed to either come clean now or change us rooms, we decided to just change rooms, the manager specifically said she would go inspect before we arrive to our rooms. The second set of rooms were clean, but it really just wasted our day from the beginning. Rest of the stay was good, amenities are nice. However the service gratuity I don’t agree with because I feel like since it’s already set, the workers don’t actually really provide great service because it’s already expected so that aspect is a little disappointin
