Very Comfortable
The check in was easy. Had to inform them that the room wasn’t cleaned properly. Found a used cup next to the bed and crack in the mirror. Shower made annoying noises. Make sure they are aware of any incidentals prior to settling in in case you need a room change. But overall good stay. Very comfortable beds great sleep.

Staff was super friendly. It has been remodeled, but it was clean. We found it very convenient for what we wanted to do. We felt safe and I felt my car was safe. Breakfast had more than what was expected and well stocked.

When I booked this trip for my daughter birthday it was for the pool. The pool was not advertised as down I was told once I got there. I ended up leaving because of this as I had girls coming. I spoke with Travelocity and requested a refund. It’s 19 days and my charge is pending and when I called today I was connected yo the most rude and disrespectful woman. This has always been a place of choice but now I will never book at this location

One of the reasons we picked this hotel was because of the pool. We were staying for a couple of days, but when we arrived, the pool was closed. Would have been nice to get a notification prior to us arriving. Food area and lobby was clean. Continental breakfast was good and a nice variety. Pretty much went downhill from there. Elevator was ok, hallway appears that it hasn't seen a good vac in a week or more. We arrived late in the evening and left early the next day for most for the day. We got back to the hotel around 6 and adjusted the HVAC temps. To our horror, we found a used condom on the HVAC behind the lid for temps. Hotel staff arrived at the room, took pictures and did offer us a different room, but we were very unhappy as it made us question the cleanliness of the rooms. The shower temperatures were very hit or miss as it adjusted itself quite often. Overall the staff was very friendly and accommodating.

Construction going on right in front of the hotel. While checking in, we were informed that the pool is closed because the door to it didn’t lock. They had no idea when it would reopen. The pool was one of the main reasons we chose this hotel and we said as much. No apology or sympathy. We finished checking in and headed back to get our luggage when we found a HUGE cockroach in the entry way. We alerted the front desk. Again-no apology or sympathy. My husband killed it and the front desk attendant swept it up. Got to our room and there was a huge stain on the floor, trash behind the door, and the wires on the air conditioning unit were hanging down on the floor. We reported it to the front desk and for the third time-no apology, no sympathy. She did take notes and said she would report it. She also said she would let maintenance know about the wires. We stayed 4 nights-no one ever came to take care of the wires. We requested that the trash be collected and bed be redone on our last night. Wires were still out and the trash that was in the room when we arrived was still there, but the trash we put in the trash can was collected. Will not be staying again and will not recommend to others. We saved $200 compared to other places in the area, but if I had to do it again I would pay the $200 and stay elsewhere.

The hotel staff was so nice, and the service man was great. Glad he was around because our room had 2 major things that needed his attention. First, none of the outlets worked in the bathroom, next our tub wouldn't drain after taking showers. He was right there to fix the issues though. One our last day we woke up to a roach on the wall. That wasn't very pleasant. The pool was not open during our stay either, which my kids disliked. Breakfast was really good and the lady manning the kitchen area was very nice and kept the place clean.

repairs and mold issues.
huge break in mirror on closet door…repaired with packing tape! trim at top of tub edge that is to seal the shower walls of fabricated material pulling away in many places and full of mold. daughters with allergies woke extra early with breathing problems; searching room to find cause, pulled back curtains to find mold up the wall about 1 1/2 feet from floor. more problems including stains in carpet. so someone else didn’t get stuck with these problems and staff who tend to rooms clearly aren’t reporting so repairs and actual cleaning is done, reported the list to gal at front desk and she did truly listen with concern and promised to notify manager which she did as i recieved a call notifying i would recieve a refund. haven’t received it yet and wasn’t told what percentage but! do not understand how obvious problems are not tended to so a family can simply have a needed restful sleep and clean bathroom.
