My son and I were back in the Springs for a celebration of life so didnā€™t spend much time there. Breakfast was awesome and the attendant was very friendly and helpful.

Needs more cleaning and new pet policy
This hotel is dated and dirty. Our room had dust everywhere, and stray hairs on the bedding. Not to mention it lists as pet friendly, however we were charged an additional $75 for our non-shedding dog who has CGC certification to stay there from 11pm - 8am. To me, $75 for one night (especially for a well behaved and low impact) for one dog is absolutely ridiculous. Thatā€™s half the price of a room. The staff was nice enough but this hotel needs a remodel or at a minimum a deep cleaning as our room was no where near acceptable, especially for the price we paid - per charges aside. I think the 9.0 rating I saw when I booked is skewed or outdated. Would not recommend.

We had a nice stay and the suite was very clean and comfortable. The staff were ā€˜okayā€™. The breakfast was very mediocre, especially for a Hampton Inn. We usually rely on a nice breakfast. Itā€™s one of the reason we select a Hampton Inn. We actually didnā€™t eat there the second day. The location was good. Restaurants nearby were nice.

I was extremely impressed with wonderful condition of the hotel which I know has been around for a while. It is now my favorite place to stay in Colorado Springs. I particularly liked the room setup and the walk-in shower.

Absolutely perfect stay here. Employees were fantastic. We checked in with a gentleman (i can't remember his name now but out had a capital L in the middle of it?) that was so friendly he made my evening (after a long 9 hour drive). Hotel was clean. Everyone was friendly. Great location. We would happily stay here again.
