I think people need to know that there are a lot of stairs to carry your luggage up .It is very basic but clean could have thicker towels and another blanket . But it wasn’t as expensive as other motels in Cooma in winter. Good parking around the back but could only use the front doo. Needs a reception area .

The property was old but in good condition. You had everything that you needed provided. e.g towels, toiletries etc. If you needed housekeeping it was available. The property was very clean, neat and tidy. The property was also situated in the middle of the shopping centre, so it was easy to get to where you wanted to go and parking was safe and secure. The owner was very very helpful and seemed to be a very nice person. I would defiantly book my stay there again.

The owner/manager couldn’t do enough for us, asked to check out half hour later without a problem. Reasonably priced clean and tidy. It’s not modern but has everything you need, nice shower, kettle for a cuppa, fridge, , air conditioning and comfortable bed. I really recommend this accommodations.
