It was pretty clean and didn’t have a bad smell but my room needed some renovations such as paint and outlet fixtures. Also, although the towels smelled clean, they were stained and should be replaced with new ones. The light stopped working in the bathroom and I notified the staff. There was no phone inside the room. Other than that it was a decent stay but not worth 200 dollars spent on it

Door missing second lock. Homeless folks living outside the rooms. Not very clean. Absolute last resort. Thankfully Hotel.com helped me and my family find a more appropriate option!

It was not at all good experience. Rooms had dirty smell. When complained, the manager looked around for other empty rooms physically with master key. He opened three rooms which were already occupied. He couldn't figure out which rooms are empty from the system. He agreed that rooms had strong smell and blamed on previous customers. Waited about 45 minutes to resolve from 12am to 12:45. He then ended up offering two separate rooms with lesser smell with single bed. So i had to separate out family. Rooms neither had shampoo nor soap in dispensers. There was no phone in rooms either to connect with front desk staff. Multiple rooms had large music on with open doors. Stairs were not clean either which took us to second floor. Breakfast area had similar issues. We left early in morning without having it.

The property was absolutely unsafe. There was trash all over the place. All trash receptacles outside were overflowing with empty beer, taking up space at stairwells. The flooring in the room was pealing up causing a serious tripping hazard. We were not impressed with this property to the point were we checked out that night. There were other people checking out that were not happy with the quality as well. I would like to receive a refund due to the inconvenience of having to locate another place to stay!!

Book somewhere else… it will save you the headache
Check in took more than it does at other hotels. We were told breakfast was at 6:30-10am and given our room key. First room has a bunch if white power on the dresser and floor. We notified front desk and was given a second room, the second room had the SAME problem. We were given a third room and the door did NOT touch the floor, the tub was NOT clean, no iron, tv cord had a short, beds were full size beds and refrigerator wad NOT really clean. Before checking out we wanted to see how breakfast was and the ONLY offer was cookies and coffee for our children. When asked about the breakfast we were told we did NOT purchase the breakfast plan. After finally leaving that DUMB, I looked online and ALL rooms have the same offers and no breakfast plan exists.
