Located 5 minutes from Crozon and Camaret, this beautiful house of the 18th century completely renovated (2019) with taste is ideal to accommodate a family and spend holidays at the water's edge.
The house is spacious, pleasant living with a nice view of the garden, quiet
The rooms upstairs have a small sea view.
The house is located in Kerifloch, small hamlet of Saint Fiacre in the town of Crozon 400 m from the beach for fishing on foot and 3 km from the beautiful beach of Trez rouz.
It consists of 1 bedroom on the ground floor (1 double bed L160), 2 other bedrooms upstairs (1 double bed L160 and 1 double bed L140) and a landing room with a single bed.
On the ground floor, the house has a lounge with armchair, sofa, TV, internet and a beautiful fireplace.
A terrace served by the fully equipped kitchen allows you to eat while enjoying the garden.
2 toilets are available (ground floor + 1st floor)
Its walled garden can welcome our dogs friends.
The house is rented from Sunday to Sunday in summer, from Saturday to Saturday during school holidays.
We accept course stays (3 days minimum) out of season.
Possibility to rent towels and sheets.
The charges for water, electricity, household waste taxes, wifi, cleaning will be requested at the end of the stay, the rent being given excluding charges on the site.

Maison cosy , propre et très agréable
Nous avons passé une semaine à 6 avec 2 chiens . La maison est très coquette et en même temps fonctionnelle . Nous avons profité également de la terrasse, du jardin et des transats, avec un temps magnifique et évidemment Crozon et toute la presqu’île où il est facile de randonner pour accéder à des sites magnifiques Propriétaire et gérante très réactifs si besoin . Nous recommandons vivement ce logement.

Sehr schönes Haus, ruhige Lage
Wir haben hier mit 5 Personen 1 Woche im Oktober verbracht. Das Haus ist sehr schön und sehr gut ausgestattet. Die Schlafzimmer sind groß und auch die Küche hat alles, was man braucht. Das Haus ist in einer ruhigen, schmalen Straße gelegen und hat einen großen Garten. Man braucht aber ein Auto oder Fahrräder für Besorgungen oder Ausflüge. Es hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Auch die Kommunikation war unproblematisch. Ein Verbesserungsvorschlag wären Fliegengitter an den Fenstern.

Wunderbares Ferienhaus
Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt sehr geniessen können. Das Haus ist sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet (gute Betten, tolles Badezimmer) und der grosse Garten lud uns nach Tagen an den Stränden zu gemütlichen Aperos und unsere beiden Labradore zum Spiel ein. Umso mehr wir vom phantastischen Herbstwetter profitiert haben. Wir können das Haus sehr empfehlen.

Wunderbarer Urlaub in Kerifloc’h
Das Haus ist total gemütlich eingerichtet und von der Ausstattung, insbesondere die Küche, sehr gut. Es fehlt an nichts- perfekt durchdacht und mehr als ausreichende Menge an Equipment zum Kochen und Essen. Das Bad ist modern und funktional, die Betten bequem. Die Fotos entsprechen der Realität. Der Garten ist perfekt umzäunt, was wir sehr genossen haben,da unsere beiden Hunde schon mal gerne jagen gehen und wir so ganz entspannt sein konnten. Die Lage des Hauses ist perfekt da man zu Fuß in 5 Minuten (mit Sicht auf Brest) bzw. 35 Minuten (mit Sicht zum offenen Meer) am Meer sein kann. Allerdings braucht man zum Einkaufen ein Auto, aber das erwartet man wohl in der Bretagne auch nicht anders. Es waren zwei tolle Wochen in diesem absolut empfehlenswerten Haus. Merci à Mme Mottet, on vous remercie de votre acceuil. À la prochaine 😊

Si vous aimez le calme
Nous avons passé un séjour au calme comme nous le souhaitions. Le jardin est clos, un bon critère pour notre berger allemand. La mer n’est pas loin à pied. Excellente location avec cuisine bien équipée.

Formidable séjour
Le gîte est très confortable, récemment rénové avec goût et équipement de qualité... sanitaires +++. L'environnement est beau et calme. Un vaste jardin clôturé ce qui est appréciable avec un chien. Vous pouvez facilement rayonner sur tout le Finistère ( Crozon, Morgat,Camaret, Locronan...). Nous recommandons vivement si vous voulez trouver le dépaysement total.

Es fing mit der Einrichtung des Hauses an. Wunderschön. Die Küche ist wie in vielen Bewertungen schon gesagt sehr gut eingerichtet. Das einzige, das ich mir Vorort gekauft habe, war eine große Tasse, da ich viel Tee trinke und 2 Steckdosenleisten, da wir mit einer Steckdose am Bett nicht hingekommen sind. In Crozon gibt es täglich Markt, einen gut sortierten Bioladen und viele große Supermärkte in der Umgebung, die auch sonntags geöffnet haben. Für alle Fragen vor Ort haben wir mit Frau Mottet per WhatsApp kommuniziert, die immer sehr schnell antwortete und eine ganz liebe Person ist. Alles per Internetübersetzer, da sie nur französisch spricht und wir leider nur englisch und deutsch. Aber das ging sehr gut. Wer Wandern, Klettern, Surfen, Kiten, Segeln oder Fahrradfahren möchte, ist in dieser Gegend perfekt aufgehoben. Die Landschaft ist so abwechslungsreich und sagenhaft schön, das wir auf jeden Fall wiederkommen möchten. Man sollte sich bewusst sein, dass alle Nebenkosten für Strom, Wasser, WLAN, Handtücher und Bettwäsche am letzten Tag gezahlt werden. Man bekommt nach Buchung der Reise eine genaue Aufstellung der Vermieterin zugestellt, da steht alles drin. Bettwäsche und Handtücher sind Optionen und können auch selbst mitgebracht werden. Auf jeden Fall waren es drei wunderschöne Wochen Urlaub mit großartigen Erinnerungen und 1000 Fotos von der tollen Landschaft.

Un séjour parfaitement réussi. Joli petit village avec ses maisons en pierre, l'endroit est tranquille, et très proche de la mer. La maison est très agréable et très bien équipée, tout à fait conforme à la description. Une douche à l'étage et ce serait parfait....Nous n'étions que 3, donc pas trop de problème pour nous, mais la maison pouvant accueillir 7 personnes, là le manque serait évident. Nous la reccommanderons. ,

Alles perfekt
Wir hatten einen sehr schönen Familienurlaub zu viert. Das Haus ist neu renoviert und extrem gut wärmeisoliert so dass man auch in kühleren Perioden nicht heizen muss. Einziger Verbesserungsvorschlag wären Fliegengitter für die Fenster da es durch die Lage sehr viele Mücken gibt… Also unbedingt Autan mitnehmen 😎 Vielen Dank an Frau Mottet für die sehr freundliche Betreuung und unkomplizierte Übergabe.

Om 18 uur aankomen e dan tehoren krijgen dat de schoonmaak nog plaats moet vinden tot 21.30 is heel slecht. Ook de vooraf gemaakte afspraken werden na verschillende pogingen niet nagekomen. Hele onbetrouwbare verhuurder!
