Room was dirty to the extent that I needed to buy disinfectant wipes and clean it People partying right outside of the room until late Shady people hanging around which probably lives there Pictures on the website makes it out to be way better than actually is I only stayed one night, out of necessity, and then checked out and stayed at another hotel A refund for the 2 nights would be greatly appreciated Thank you

The staff was polite during interaction. There were many people just lingering around the rooms smoking outside as a single female traveling kind of made me feel unsafe. The housekeeping was weird as they came to empty my trashes and only made one bed. It Appeared that they didn’t provide new towels just refolded the used ones that were on the floor. One of the bedsheets had cigarette burns in it. The door required to be slammed in order for it to lock. If you just pulled the door close you would be able to push it open. I would probably not stay here again.

It was ok, great location. Room had a smell to the point i had to put my car Air freshener in my room. Bugs in room was a problem not bed bugs but just bug's. 1st time ever as well make sure you have cash or you talk to your bank to make sure you its get it fix before you stay here. Place was just ok

Paid for a poolside room to get there only to find out i was upstairs.. was told that the room was on the same side as the pool. You have to park on the side of the hotel and then walk all the way to the back side of the building to go up stairs to a “pool side” room.

Honestly, I’m getting tired of this place. The people here are rude and they don’t care about nothing unless they’re getting money.i used to love coming here until they hired this rude tall Indian man. Instead of him accommodating his guests he likes to argue with them. I’ve never in my life had this problem staying here. But I’m sure I won’t be back unless it’s the last choice I choose from.

Decent stay. The room was clean and updated. Surrounding persons sat outside my room door all day smoking marijuana. Staff was very awkward and made us feel as though we were constantly being watched. They were not unfriendly though.
