It advertised that it had a balcony but it was blocked off. There was a leak in the first room but they gave us another room so that was nice. Paying to park as a extra fee is a bit much to since its there parking and its not valet.

Have stayed at this property for years when in Dallas on business. Find it clean, quiet and updated. However, Recently have found services lacking. QR parking situation Is ridiculous. First, I resent that I am paying another fee for parking. However, Staff at reception should simply check guest in with their license plate number and apply charges to room. Spent 20 minutes trying to get Checked in and to my room after a long drive Since their network was down and one couldn’t scan the code. Staff also lacking in the bar restaurant area. Only ones in the bar, but couldn’t find A bartender. Staff needs retraining, but not blaming them, blaming the chain for overlooking these necessities.
