Very comfortable stay. Quiet, clean. Staff was friendly. Breakfast always on point and plenty of food. Hallways a little dingy. Carpet was dated. But upon opening our room door, I was pleasantly surprised. Very clean and updated. The come and go parking garage was a HUGE plus!! I hate valet parking!! Especially when you have a busy itinerary. Room comes equipped to enable preparing light meals. Nice refrigerator, stovetop and microwave. Short, easy walk to American Airlines Center for a concert. Overall a wonderful stay!! Will definitely come back!!

My room was very dirty and I wish I would have checked out and rebooked somewhere else. There were hairs all over the bathroom and hairs in several of the towels. The floor in the bathroom had this filmy stickiness to it and I had to step on towels while in the restroom. When I politely told the front desk my room was really dirty upon check in they just pursed their lips, (there was two attendatnts at the front desk), didn’t make eye contact with me and told me thanks for letting them know.. I’ve worked in customer service for over 15 years and I was shocked with their response… no effort towards resolving or apologizing.. I will never stay here again and warning all my friends and coworkers to avoid this hotel.

The property is worn and needs help. The bathroom has broken tiles, with very sharp edges, on the floor, the bathtub faucet was caulked in attempt to keep it attached to the water pipe, but it was about to fall off. The lobby was very warm, about as warm as the outside, obviously they were not air conditioning the first floor.

Do NOT stay here.some Hyatt Houses are nice but this is NOT one of them. The photos are stock photos and not representative of the actual property. Front desk and check in is more like a hostel. Rooms have worn and mismatched furniture and torn carpet. Overall the property is dated and dirty.

VERY disappointed. We walked in and noticed it was a bit stuffy in the main lobby. Tried to give it a chance but once we got to our room we walked right back out and chose to find another place to stay. From the pictures it looked nice and safe. But after seeing it in person I was left feeling uncomfortable and felt like it was falsely advertised. It’s out of date. No security in the lobby. It was stuffy, even on the third floor and in our room. The bathroom was not as pictured. Oh, and I forgot to mention before walking in to the hotel, I don’t know if they had some sewage problems, but it smelled like death outside the hotel. All together it was just extremely disappointing.

Awful, delayed check in, gave my room away.
Hotel sold my room out from under me (I prepaid it) and told me I could stay at a sister property. Tried checking in twice but rooms weren’t ready and staff told all the customers to go eat dinner and come back after dinner. So I did and when I got back I didn’t even have a room to check into. They also haven’t refunded me or reinstated my points I used.

We arrived at 2:50 pm and was advised check-in didn’t start until 3. At 3:00, a line quickly formed as we waited. After 10 min, they finally advised the only rooms available at that time were 1 Bed King. By 3:30, there was a line of 40-50 people waiting. The staff continued to look down at their monitors and phones. The “face” of the hotel and first customer interactions are inportant. Staff needs basic customer service skills. Look at customers, communicate and be understanding. Next time; for those waiting, we are currently short on cleaning staff and our rooms are not ready. We can provide you a temporary parking pass and/or verify your reservation. Please feel free to enjoy the Dallas area while we prepare your rooms. We apologize for the inconvenience. We will call /text/email you when your room is ready if you’d prefer.
