The stay started strong and went south real fast. The hotel hosted a wedding on Saturday night creating a huge issue with the parking lot. We drove around for over 30 minutes trying to park at a hotel we paid to stay at only to have to park at an adjoining parking lot a ways down and walk to the hotel at night. The hotel reception was lazy & rude. We asked her for a trash bag to throw some items away and she said they were out. How does a hotel run out of trashbags? Just say I don't want to walk over and get one, not we're out. The rooms were clean, the area was good the people working the front desk, not so great.

Grapevine great stay
It was a very restful and quiet hotel. The hotel room were super spacious and very comfortable. I loved that was very close to all the fun places without the crazy crowds. We were able to enjoy all the fun activities at the Gaylord and Grapevine downtown without the crowds.
