Sorry but did not like the experience breakfast was horrible and the first room had a musty smell we asked if we could change rooms and they were kind to move us to the second floor and the smell was a little better the pool was dirty!

Please do not stay at this property upon being rude, you will not be able to connect anything to the tv and changes inputs they have change there remotes for you not to be able to do this, we found this out 20minutes in and of course they would not refund our reservation.

The air conditioner was off when we got to our room and it took forever to cool down .. the bathroom did not have a a/c vent … stifling in there. Floor in bathroom was broken near shower. Hallway carpet to our room was the thing of nightmares … looked like someone vomited all over the floors. Asking for additional pillows was not a courteous response. It was a place to sleep close to the airport

Long story short once we got back from the funeral we had to go to another our had ants in our bed so did the other one my son got bit my ants . Had to check out around 1 am to find another hotel . It was a hassle to get a refund going through Expedia but OM came to the rescue and went above and beyond to get it settled and made sure I did get refunded. Thank you . If it wasn’t for the ants I’m sure it would have been a pleasant stay .

Bed was wonderful. Hallway carpet was awful. There were ants, but only after I left a burger on the counter for a couple of hours. Customer service was good.
