Booked 2 beds. On one bed all 3 pillows reeked of wet dog and the bedsheets were stained, the shower didnā€™t drain, several towels had dirt and makeup on them, the outlet in the bathroom didnā€™t work and the bathroom walls were really dirty. They did have a complimentary breakfast, which we were afraid to ingest given the lack of cleanliness in the room. Would not recommend.

The place was a mess, homeless people kept going in and out of the lobby, staff was incompetent and disrespectful, room was not as shown in pictures , room had multiple problems like smelling like cigarettes and having cigarette burns on couch, smoke stains, half the outlets didnā€™t have power.

The bathroom could have been cleaner. There was no hot breakfast other than you making yourself a waffle. I think adding a better variety to the breakfast options should be considered. There was a street light right outside our window and the blinds did not block this out very well, which made it hard to sleep while traveling with a small child. Overall this wasnā€™t a bad hotel but I think if they just put a little extra thought into detail, this could be a great hotel. Itā€™s right off the highway and it was very quiet. The bed was comfortable and the air conditioning worked well.
