Mint House is our GO-TO property in Downtown Dallas offering awesome views, well-furnished apartments with washer/dryer and kitchen, great beds, and an awesome location right across the street from the Eyeball. PERFECT.

This "hotel" is actually just two floors of a high rise apartment building. Instructions on entry and exit are very confusing. Keypad didn't work and concierge was unavailable for a time before finally getting us in our room. No fresh water besides two small bottles. Lots of homeless just outside the entrance.

The rooms are extremely clean, neat, organized, well equipped and never an issue with the building or the guests. Great value, and the guest service managers go above & beyond to make sure you are comfortable.
