This property was WAY nicer than expected. The room was really nice, everything worked as it should, bed was comfortable and the water pressure was great. The common areas were all very clean including the breakfast area mid morning. Very impressed with the staff and hotel.

It was really nice, beautiful rooms, very clean, the gentleman at the front desk was pretty cool too. Didn’t get his name, but he had glasses and was pretty soft spoken. I’d definitely come back

Didn't inform us of the expensive pet fee
The hotel and staff were great. The issue that we had was because Hotels.com didn't inform us the hotel had a pet fee that was over $100. Because the room was non-refundable, we had to pay the pet fee and stay there rather than finding another pet-friendly hotel with no such fee to stay at instead. I was very disappointed as this was not mentioned anywhere while looking on Hotels.com. I will likely be using a different service to find my hotel rooms from now on.

The room was clean and spacious. The bed was so soft and comfortable. The staff were friendly. The breakfast options were great. They had many things to choose from. My daughter and I had a great stay and will definitely stay again.

Tired property in the affluent Woodlands market which desperately needs renovation. Poorly maintained and appears that some renovation is being planned as there was construction debris and non functional outside parking lot lights. Avoid.
