Friendly staff
Stayed here before will stay here again when flying out of DFW. Clean comfortable room, nice restaurant and bar not to mention several nice restaurants nearby. The best part is the free shuttle to and from the airport along with free parking.

The staff were nice but I didnā€™t have hot water in the bathroom. The night courtesy shuttle driver was nice and friendly. Some of the rooms are a little dated and needed remolding. The thermostat in my room was on 67 with fan on high and the room never got cold. My coworker said he found a roach in his room.

Paying $180/night should entitle you to a working AC, grime-free bathtub and a mirror that isnā€™t deteriorating before your eyes. I thought I might break the curtains attempting to close them. There was also a mini fridge just sitting on the floor next to the dresser which was a first for me.

The AC was not working in our room. It would not allow us to change the temp and it seemed like the room would not go cooler than a specific temperature which was not accurate on the thermostat. There was a hair in the towels in our bathroom and the bath tub was grimey and didnā€™t seem clean. The facility had chipped paint everywhere, run down furniture, and needs a good renovation done everywhere.
