This facility is so well managed. It isn’t a new building, but you can tell they take pride in maintaining the property and taking good care of their customers. Breakfast was amazing with made to order omelets in addition to so many other options. They even switch it up from day to day so you have different choices. An in-house restaurant offers an excellent option for other meals and they offer free drinks and appetizers every evening. The pool is clean and well maintained. Staff are friendly, helpful, and extremely competent. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone.

This property is outdated and not maintained properly. I was very disappointed because based on the volume of business they seem to receive, the owners should reinvest in the facility. My shower head was broken and leaking, the furniture was stained, the rooms had that “old moldy hotel” odor. The staff was absolutely amazing, and that was the highlight of the stay. I didn’t complain to the staff because honestly- there was nothing they could do, and I didn’t want to bother them as they were very business taking care of customers.

We love staying at the different Embassy Suites around the U.S. This one in particular had a cozy king bed. I mean it was really comfortable. I didn't like the bathroom because of the outdated tub/shower. It wasn't pleasant to look at. The pool and jacuzzi were great. They have adult swim at 10pm. The evening event at 5 was awesome. You get 2 free alcoholic beverages as well as a free light snack. The breakfast was ok. This particular Embassy Suites breakfast disappointed me a little bit. The omlets were great but the french toast and sausages were not. Overall I'll find this Suites a 7 out of 10.

My wife cut her foot on a chair with a piece of metal sticking out. Manager took a report. Removed chair, left us with no chair. Wife had to take time out of our vacation to go get a tetanus shot. Left two messages for the manager or general manager to call me back nobody called me back. As I left Hotel this morning, I saw manager and asked why he couldn’t call me back. Couldn’t give me an answer. I said you took a report what happens now. He said it’s an insurance matter now. Unbelievably horrible customer service I needed to extend my trip by four days and it would’ve been convenient to stay there but due to their lack of communication I am going somewhere else.

Great place to stay and I will definitely return. Breakfast option was fantastic and two tier room was good. We had very bad mannered young baseball players diving into the pool area but that was only bad experience I had and I assume hotel staff could not control over ill mannered travelers. Otherwise, we really enjoyed our stay.
