We booked online with a breakfast included and got to the hotel only to find out that because of some computer problems it didnā€™t show that our breakfast was included. Instead of being apologetic and helpful the manager spent a long time arguing with us about how we had purchased the wrong thing and that they couldnā€™t do anything because it was a computer problem. In the end Expedia reimbursed us for all the meals. Thank you Expedia.

Nice place to stay. Close to Dlf cyber city, just 7 mins walk. Well maintained room, neat and clean. Staff is very polite and helpful. Alert: room booked was not the same type as shown on Expedia website photos. Call and check. Otherwise, OK. Recommended.
