The pillows were dead in my room, there was a Sikh guy at front desk, I asked to connect to Wifi because I was not able to figure out, he stared at me with a serious look as if I am complaining about their wifi. Other staff is great but some of the front desk staff and senior staff are extremely cocky.

Ok to stay, definitely not quite a five-star hotel. Super out of the way from the city. Several of the wall outlets in my room (rm 1108??) did not work. I ended up only being able to charge my phone in the bathroom outlet. I ran out of cash on my last day, the tip culture is quite aggressive, I sadly wasn’t able to tip the door man on my way out to the Uber to airport and I felt he was giving me the worst dirty look. Breakfast was great, would recommend.

Very good hotel, staff very attentive. Buffet breakfast had a good choice of various foods and drinks. The only downside is the location - it is in the north west of Delhi and most of the monuments are in south east. If travelling by car, you need to allow plenty of time due to the Delhi traffic.

His dedication and willingness to go above and beyond his duties truly made our stay memorable. From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with warm smiles and a genuine eagerness to assist. Mr. Bodhraj's professionalism and attention to detail were evident as he efficiently checked us in and made sure we were comfortable throughout our stay. He displayed an impressive level of knowledge about the hotel's amenities and local attractions, which greatly enhanced our experience. One particular instance that stood out was when we expressed our desire to visit the Taj Mahal. Mr. Bodhraj took it upon himself to arrange a trip for us, ensuring that every aspect of our visit was seamless. He provided valuable insights about the best time to go, the recommended routes, and even suggested additional attractions in Agra to enhance our trip.
