Good, convenient hotel in the terminal as long as you are prepared for the slight hassle to access it (so only 4 stars). I read the reviews and was ready, this is how we did it. We arrived on an international flight and had a domestic flight the next morning. We wanted to leave our hold luggage in the airport left luggage facility for a week, for this we had to exit the terminal building on the ground floor (arrivals). After doing this they will not let you back into arrivals. You need to go to departures level with your boarding pass (so print it off) for your flight the next day (in the next 24 hours) then you go to back left of check in area A where there is a hotel counter. They will scan your bags and take you up to your room, a bit of waiting around but not much bother for the convenience of staying at the airport. In the morning you get taken back out to the check-in and security area by a staff member. They have a hotel counter on the arrivals level too, so you donā€™t have to leave the terminal building like we did. Rooms were good, bed comfy and breakfast was good, staff friendly.

12 hours airport transit stay en route from London to Sydney. We checked into the hotel at 3.00 am, had a shower and went to sleep. The hotel is inside the airport secured area. Late next morning we checked out and walked to the airline lounge one floor below to have something to eat before boarding our next flight.

Overall it was ok for a quick stopover and to get some sleep. Shower water pressure and temperature was pretty bad. I was put in the very last room of a very long corridor. Not ideal, especially since I was alone and there was no latch on the door. Didnā€™t feel safe. No windows in the room. Darkness was appreciated, but made it feel gloomy. Towels were old and only half a roll of toilet paper. Zero items available (handcream, etc). Had to ask front desk how to with the tv and phone. Breakfast seemed ok (I didnā€™t eat anything). Had one cappuccino from the machine until it stopped working. Not great value for the money. They need to renovate, so it resembles what they are advertising.

One has to jump thru hoops to get to this hotel. The security process is nuts! Once there the staff is very average. The property is in need of a face lift. Not a great stay. But is conveniently located in terminal 3. Thatā€™s its only saving grace

La struttura ĆØ molto bella, la colazione buona e lo staff disponibile. Lā€™unico problema ĆØ che si trova oltre i controlli, dunque la compagnia deve averti giĆ  fornito i bording pass, oppure rimani bloccato prima. Noi siamo arrivati di notte, ed essendoci poco staff, abbiamo dovuto chiamare la struttura, e solo dopo 4/5 ore di attesa nellā€™area arrivi, siamo riusciti ad avere i boarding pass e ad oltrepassare i controlli, per poter andare a dormire.

**Only stay in this hotel if you are arriving in T3 and departing from T3** We arrived into T2 and had a nightmare trying to access the hotel. We were almost not allowed into T3 to access the hotel. Once we managed to get in, the hotel was fine and breakfast was good.

Clean but extremely overpriced for what you get. Room was not ready for 30 minutes. Free breakfast was disappointing, it was certainly not as pictured in the advertisement. Wi fi didnā€™t work properly.

We had a bad experience during check-in. The room was not ready despite a late check in at 2 am. The room was fully paid in advance and had a check-in time of 2 pm. Very unfortunate for us as we were very tired after a delayed flight and security/immigration formalities. The room was also not in good condition. The phone line was dead, there were no coffee cups, no toiletries. Had to walk across to the reception to get these items. Definitely, not a good experience.
