The staff were extremely helpful, especially Srishti Vashi and Karishma at the front desk, and Pooja at the Cafe Knosh. The buffetwas amazing!! We checked in and out 4 times throughout our stay in the area and it was a pleasure to feel like it was ‘home’ away from home. We felt safe with all the security checks. Definitely recommend!!

I had a very disappointing stay at this hotel, and I would strongly advise against it. The staff was unprofessional, and I encountered numerous issues that made my experience frustrating. Firstly, the key card to my room did not work, which required multiple trips to the front desk for assistance. This was not only inconvenient but also added unnecessary stress to my stay. Additionally, guests are required to pay upfront before receiving any services, which is already off-putting. To make matters worse, I later discovered that I was charged double, leading me to suspect potential scamming practices by the hotel. Furthermore, the location of the hotel near a wedding venue resulted in excessive noise from music and parties that continued late into the night and started again early in the morning. This made it nearly impossible to enjoy a peaceful stay. Overall, my experience at this hotel was far from satisfactory. I recommend staying away from this establishment if you value professionalism and a restful environment.

The best hotel in India!
Leela was one of the greatest hotel experiences. From the moment we entered the hotel, we knew it was a special place to be. Security was smooth, check in was a easy, we got upgraded for our first time at this location, the room was spotless and really impressive, the food was top notch, service was impeccable. Staying at the Leela Ambience Delhi Convention hotel for 2 days at the end of a wonderful 15 day trip of India, having previously stayed at the Leela Palace in Delhi, I thought this would be a similar level, however not, they use the name but that's about it. My first impressions of the hotel got off to a bad start when i was told as soon as i arrived I didn't have breakfast included, when i clearly did. They finally said they would include, how nice of them, considering I could have paid £100 less for the two nights with breakfast on Expedia, I was very tempted to cancel and move to the Leela Palace, maybe I should have. The room I got was a deluxe suite, which I must say is very lovely. The bed was very comfortable and I slept well. I would say the breakfast was very average, not that great to be fair. I have had better on my trip in cheaper properties. Today I went to have lunch in the Nosh cafe, which wasn't too bad, then I was told I have to pay now as I had a block on my room, I have traveled extensively round the world and stayed in very nice properties, it felt pretty crap to think I wasn't trusted and wouldn't pay my bill at the end, that's how I was made to feel. have one more day in this place, then I leave India, I really wanted the last two days to be memorable, however sadly not. I think overall this is a convention hotel and not in any way in the same level as the Leela Palace. If your looking for a nice relaxing stay, maybe chose the place instead.

The rooms were spacious . Staff , friendly and helpful . Dining venues were excellent.Downside was that the pool was too cold to swim in . Surrounding deck needs a lot of repair .

The hotel was amazing from the property to the staff. The restaurants were great and the pool was clean. The surrounding areas of the property was not safe or good. It was very far from the airport and the Taj Mahal.

Great 4 (not 5) star hotel
We booked this place for a big family event. By western standards, this is a 4 star hotel. It caters to large tour groups on a daily basis (3+ busses a day) and is quite busy. Overall, the hotel is very clean but they over fragrance the common areas to the point where it's almost hard to breathe. The rooms were well setup. Bathrooms were pretty decent. Overall, food quality was good, breakfast options were large and some changed daily. The service itself was quite poor and not reflective of a 5 star hotel. Our first morning, we were basically ignored by the wait staff until we spoke with Deepak, who then ensured that we received the basics. Coffee/tea service is very slow, taking more than 15 mins at times. Often, we had to ask for the same thing repeatedly. The staff needs to write the orders down because it was often wrong. There were a few standout wait staff at Cafe Knosh: Hashmeet, Deepak, Raj, Nitin, and Himanshu (chef) that ensured that our large group was well looked after, each meal. The billing process in Indian hotels is nonsensical. Each line item is taxed at 18% instead of applying the tax as a one line item at the end. It may be a industry requirement, but it is very confusing and redundant. We had requested one of our bills to be applied to 4 separate rooms, and it was only done to 2 of them, causing extensive and unnecessary delays during checkout. Goes to show the lack of attention to detail in service, that you would see at a true 5 star hotel.
