The cottage is located about 1 block from the beach. Check-in was very easy as key was provided in a basket at the front door for late arrivals. Cooked to order breakfast was very nice and satisfying. Host was very cordial. Listing is an accurate discription.

Lovely B&B. Excellent breakfast, eggs to order one day and French toast or pancakes on our second day. We had a room on second floor with a balcony with ocean view. A great place to stay for a beach vacation. We would definitely stay there again if we revisit Dennis Port.

This was a most peculiar situation. We never saw a single human our entire two nights at this B and B. Our key was waiting for us. We were the only ones in this enormous house. The front door was left unlocked the entire time. Never have we stayed in a b and b that operated this way.

Great stay!
Great stay! we came in the off season and were the only guests in the place! clean, cute, comfy. The room is a bit small but fine for two people. In the summer it would be great for the beach: it’s at the end of the road. New england charm! easy check in/out. Only sort of con: the tv just has cable, not a smart tv. not a big deal though. Thanks!

Just ok
The stay wasn’t as relaxing as we where expecting. First the hotel called a few days prior to let us know hotels.com overbooked and that they where going to have to move us the 2nd nite to another room. First room was ok but you could see it was a bit run down for the price per nite the value we paid wasn’t there. That was room 302. 2nd nite room 304 was very nice and being there the 2 nites would have made a difference. The other thing that was not anything special was the breakfast included, in fact, we chose to go to another place for breakfast the second day. Having travel extensively through New England and having the experience at many other Inns, this is ok but there are many other better options for the value.
