Wake up to the sound of the ocean waves and gorgeous view every morning, just steps away from the private ocean beach! Bedroom #1 has an ocean view with a queen sized bed, an ensuite full bath with shower, and a large window; Bedroom #2 also has an ocean view with a queen sized bed, large window, and a smart TV. Another full bath with shower/tub combo is in the hallway. Large sliding glass doors opening to the large balcony with a spectacular view of Nantucket sound. Kitchen with eat-in area, beautiful countertops, and stainless steel appliances overlooking ocean view. Living room has a smart TV. Central AC, central Heating, Washer and Dryer inside own unit. Linens and bath towels are provided. The unit is located on the third floor. The building has an elevator and stairs.

Perfect stay
The property, location and views were exceptional. Easy beach access and just a few steps to the Ocean House restaurant. The community is very dog friendly and our French Bulldog was comfortable. Looking forward to staying here again.

Excellent property,Condo was clean and neat. The elevator was ideal very quiet and clean. Every room was as mentioned in the overview. The views from every window were superb and the deck was outstanding. I would give this stay and property a TEN.

This property is perfect. Condo on a private beach with beautiful ocean views from all rooms. The deck is a wonderful spot to enjoy the ocean views and air. The condo is extremely clean and well maintained. The condo had everything we needed for our short mid week stay. Nice to have washer/dryer in unit and an elevator to access the 3rd floor unit. Parking is easy. The owner communicates proactively and is available if any issues come up (which did not happen when we were there). Even better, we were able to bring our well behaved dog on vacation with us.

We had a great stay here! I used the first bedroom to put my toddler in and she was far enough away that my husband and I were able to still hang out without her waking up. We loved the kitchen and used it often. The far bedroom was significantly cooler than the other so I put a sweater on my toddler to sleep and we slept with our door open to circulate air better. The area is sleepy with a few restaurants! I recommend driving over to Mayflower beach. It was perfect to swim. It was 30$ cash per car. And we loved the cape cod national seashore! 5 stars for Yipping and his spot in Dennis port!

Beautiful spot!
The condo is as described and has lots of light. Plenty of space for two couples or a small family. The weather was variable while we were there so we used both the gas fireplace and the deck that faces the ocean! The location is close to great restaurants and our dog enjoyed walking the neighborhood and down to the ocean. Would highly recommend!

Wonderful Condo
Wonderful stay off season in this condo. The condo was very clean and beautiful view of the ocean. When looking out from the kitchen and living room you feel like you are on a boat. All you see is beautiful blue water. The kitchen was well stocked for a rental and the owner was very responsive and easy to work with.

The condo itself was updated and a nice place to stay. The views out the large picture window and from the balcony were absolutetly superb! I thoroughly enjoyed watching sunsets and sunrises from there. Also, the owner was nice and easy to work with.

My wife and I were celebrating out 25th anniversay and had a great time. Ying was very accomodating in getting us in early, the place was very clean and he had some great recommendations of where to eat and visit. Thank you Ying.

Immaculate rental with incredible oceanfront views and access
Loved this place! It was immaculate, felt brand new. View was unbeatable. Could hear the waves crashing at night with windows open. Very quiet and peaceful. Comfortable mattress in guest room. Only recommendations for host is to include bath mats and more towels. Furniture set up is odd and not conducive to hanging out and talking. Easy fixes, otherwise, perfect! We will be back. Right by the beach!
Great location and spacious accommodations. AC can be a bit loud when it's running. Clean and generously appointed. We really enjoyed our two weeks. It's great to sit on the balcony and enjoy the ocean and sky with morning coffee.

Our stay at this property was fantastic - nothing more relaxing than watching the ocean swells, smelling the sea air, all from a 3rd floor balcony. The condo was immaculate and very comfortable. The location also afforded easy access to area restaurants and activities - we're only sorry our stay had to end. We will definitely be booking this property again in the future.

Nice, clean condo right on the ocean. Very convenient to access the beach, walkable to some nearby restaurants. Air conditioning was also nice. We wish the kitchen was more equipped for cooking (some basic cooking utensils) and there were little things like towel hooks, but all in all those aren’t a big deal. Yiping was very easy to get in touch with and very helpful.

Nice location and the unit itself is new. Owner was very pleasant. Kitchen and living room were attractive.The bedrooms were too small for adults and there is little storage space. The HVAC system leaked into the hallway. The fridge lost power after a breaker tripped. The first floor panel sounded an alert nonstop for a week despite communication. Air vents in rooms were very dusty and the HVAC system is loud and blows very hard on occupants. Entry hallway on first floor of building was often dirty and carpet runner was often in disarray--needs daily checks. Seaweed should probably be combed off the beach each morning to compete with other units.
