Only half a mile from beautiful Inman Beach and a short distance to a great variety of authentic Cape Cod activities, this home is ideal for your next vacation getaway. Walk past the charming white picket fence and red front door and you will find yourself in a comfortable living room with a Smart TV and gas fireplace, with a dining room to the left. Right off the living room is a fully-equipped kitchen with pine cabinets, dishwasher, and eat-in area. Down the hallway from the kitchen is the first floor bedroom with a Queen bed, as well as a full bath with tub/shower combo. On the second floor you will find two more bedrooms offering plenty of room to spread out, the first with a Queen bed and the second with three Twin beds, along with a half bath. All bedrooms have window A/C units to keep you cool at night.

This lovely home also offers a private yard with a large furnished patio to bask in the beautiful Cape Cod weather, enjoy a quiet space for coffee in the morning, or have dinner under the stars. Good
Overall a good stay- some issues that required maintenance but communication and responsiveness was very good. The downstairs bed was not very comfortable and the house needs new screen doors in our opinion, and the washer and dryer are very old and not great. Spray on sink broke. Ignighter for grill needed replacing. Del Mar was very responsive.

Loved the house, very clean and inviting and location, proximity to the beach was wonderful! I was glad the kitchen was welled stocked with plenty of pans, cooking utensils and plates and glasses. We did cook in, and it was nice to have everything available.

We loved the home. It was cozy and comfortable. Equipped with everything we needed, and then some. The beach was right down the road—close enough to walk to and avoid parking fees!! We wish we could have stayed longer. We would return here again, if available.

Great Home, Great Location
Great Location, to beach, Sundae School, Ocean House. Great walk up to Bucky's for coffee in the AM. Excellent Neighborhood. Will try to come back in the summer. Also, We now have a small dog that travels with us. I have used a couple OTHER companies to book in the past and was disappointed with the homes that allow dogs. I was so happy with this house, extremely clean, no odor's, no scent machines trying to mask odor's. I was so happy with this!

Cape Cod Family Vacation
My family of 6, plus our dog, had a great stay. The house was clean and well stocked. The beds were very comfortable and the ACs in the bedrooms worked well. Close to beaches, restaurants, and shops. Del Mar reps (the property managers) were very responsive. There was an issue with the TV at check-in, which was promptly resolved the next day. I would recommend that a fan be provided for the living room, if not bring your own. We had a wonderful stay and would book this house again.

Lovely house in a perfect location - a quiet street in a perfect location. Easy walking distance not only to the beach, but also to many local gems -- Seaview park (nice walking trails, pickleball court, and kids' playground), Sundae School Ice Cream, Buckie's coffee, Rory's natural foods store, Dennis Port Yoga . . . couldn't have picked a better spot for a vacation.
