The onsite resturanut staffing needs to increase. Friday night it was packed, slow service throughout. On Saturday morning for breakfast their was literally no staffing, one disgruntled worker finally sat us only to ignore 4-5 attempts to get her attention to ask a question. QC needs to do a review of employees for sure. We walked after 5 minutes of no eye contact!!

Cookie at check in. Nice staff. Could have used more staff though check in was a little slow since there was one guy and they have to ask if they want to be a Hilton member and then sign them up. We had a nice stay for our business trip. There was a plumbing issue our first night and the front desk reacted quickly. Our room was newish and very clean. We had no problems at all. We did not use any ancillary services, as we just came and went to our conference.

Cannot sleep under the roaring noise
The noise from the adjacent Highway is horrible and desperately loud, and I even suspect the room has no noise-isolation measure. When a truck passed by, the entire room was shaking.... My wife and I only slept a couple of hours during our stay, she kept blaming me the entire day for booking this horrible hotel.....In addition, compared with the noise, the clogged sink in the restroom seems not that significant.
