Overall, it was great and very comfortable but there were no towel rails in the bathroom or a rail to hold to exit the bath safely (shower was in the bath). We also didn’t have a QR Code in our room for room service and the lock on the balcony door was broken. Bed was comfortable and room was very clean.

Wouldn’t stay again. Positives - close to central station, room was clean/tidy. Negatives - photos on site look a lot nicer, needs some love, went to use the gym and it was as hot as a sauna/couldn’t use, ordered the most expensive beef burgers we have ever had and by far the worst tasting. Over $60 for 2 basic burgers. One wasn’t cooked/the pattie was raw and had to be re made. Very small menu too.

Good location, beds are so comfy and soft. Overall the hotel is a little tired but maybe reworks are happening slowly. We travelled with kids and used the pool but it’s very small and no shade or chairs to sit and settle in. Thanks to Hotels.com for offering a deal which included breakfast and parking, that’s rare these days so it was nice.
