The lady checking me in was very friendly and quickly saw that my family loves to joke around and joined in joking with us (like my mom, even told me to go to my room.) She was great! To check in took me a whole 5 minutes for two rooms...so yeah was quick and easy.

The property was beautiful. Two problems that I would say this place has is one. Our shower was lukewarm at best and they only serve breakfast from 6 to 8 AM. When you traveling with young children 8 AM is way early for some children.

Hotel room keys don’t work properly requiring multiple attempts to open the door. TV in guest rooms automatically reboots every 15 min making it difficult to watch anything. Breakfast hours 5-8 am are too early. Pool and other amenities are not open to accommodate past 8 pm.

The room was very nice and clean. The staff were friendly and efficient. The only issue we encountered was we went for a walk and tried multiple access points (not the front entrance) and neither of our keys would open the doors to grant us access.
